I am also having the same problem. The files keep testing okay on my end, and I have not received an email stating I even have a checksum problem. How do I know which files are bad w/o that email. Should I just upload the entire show again?

If you haven't received an email, you either didn't upload an md5 or the mail got filtered out by a spam filter...

I uploaded FLAC files, and FLAC doesn't have an MD5 checksum. Should I just upload the files again? Oh, I don't have SPAM filters on my account either.

No, you need to create an MD5 that checks the FLAC files - MD5summer will do the trick.

http://www.md5summer.com/download.html

Make sure it is only checking the FLAC files, and not the text files.

Then upload the MD5 to your show folder, go to the Contribution Center and click "Mark Resolved". It will send you an email with any files that fail.

I guess I am confused, I have been uploading FLAC for a while now and have never had a problem before. Is this something new? Also, I checked out the link, which file to I download, there's a bunch? Can the program that I used to creat the FLAC files create the check sum for me?

If none of the files fail, you will never need an MD5 since the system will never need to send a failure email. If any of them fail, you need the MD5 to receive the information about which files are failing.

It sounds like this is the first time you've needed the email. You're best off including an MD5 with every upload in case this happens.

Also, I checked out the link, which file to I download, there's a bunch?

v. 1.2.0.5 - self extracting exe 451KB (assuming you are on windows)

Can the program that I used to creat the FLAC files create the check sum for me?

Depends on the software you are using. FLAC Frontend does not have this built in yet, but EasyFLAC does.
